I'm Raz, and I enjoy tutoring students in English, literature, phonics, reading, writing, ESL, grammar, essays, psychology, and Spanish. Sometimes students struggle at the high school level because of everything that's going on and the lack of individual attention instructors can provide. I had my own difficulties as a high school student, and I had to learn how I learned best to ensure that I was understanding material. I like to provide my students with support so that we can identify how they learn best and then help them build their learning skills on top of that. I believe every student is capable of learning, and it's my responsibility to help them figure out the most effective way to do that. In my free time, I like to read, write, make art, meet people, hike, watch the stars, learn about different cultures, and support social justice.
